Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Expandub collects, uses, and protects personal information you share with us. Last updated April 2026.

Information we collect

When you complete a form, email us, or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide — typically name, email, phone, company, and the message you send. For service engagements we additionally collect passport copies, proof-of-address documents, and banking references required by UAE licensing authorities and banks.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you engage us for, meet our own statutory obligations (KYC, anti-money-laundering, UAE licensing), and contact you about renewals and deadlines that affect your entity. We do not run marketing drip campaigns.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. GA4 is loaded in a Web Worker so it does not affect page performance. You can opt out via your browser's settings or a privacy extension. We do not collect advertising or cross-site identifiers.

Sharing

We share information with licensing authorities, banks, and government registries only where required to deliver the service you have engaged us for. We never sell or rent your information. Our CRM and email platforms are GDPR-compliant vendors operating under written data-processing agreements.

Retention

Client records are retained for seven years after the end of our engagement, in line with UAE statutory requirements. Marketing enquiry records (contact form) are retained for twenty-four months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@expandub.com. We respond to every such request within fourteen days.

Changes

When we update this policy, we revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes are notified to active clients by email.
