Terms of Service
These terms govern the services Expandub provides to clients. Last updated April 2026. Individual engagements may add specific terms in a separate letter of engagement.
Scope
These terms apply to use of the website and to any enquiry, consultation, or engagement with Expandub. Where an engagement begins, a separate letter of engagement is issued; if anything in that letter conflicts with these terms, the letter of engagement prevails.
Quotes and fees
All quotes are denominated in AED and are valid for thirty days unless otherwise stated. Government fees and third-party costs are disclosed in writing before work begins. Scope changes are re-quoted in writing before any further work is undertaken.
Advice
Advice provided is tailored to the facts you disclose. We are not a law firm or licensed financial adviser; where a matter requires a legal opinion or investment advice, we refer to a regulated partner and identify them in writing.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver the services you have engaged us for, to meet our statutory obligations, or with your written consent.
Liability
Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where UAE law does not permit such limitation. We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to our practice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sharjah courts, save where UAE federal law provides otherwise.
